This area is near the centre of Cap d’Agde and the port. Bounded by the Clape Pinewoods, the Lano Park and the very lovely Roquille beach it offers a wide range of leisure activities:

Windsurfing, walking, a games area and football pitches in Lano Park, basketball pitches, a fitness circuit, pétanque pitches in the Clape Pinewoods where one can see famous Greek Ephebe in the Clape Museum next to St Benoit’s Church, the Language Institute and the arena.

The pedestrian-only paths and three vast car parks give direct access to the beaches where water-cycling, water-skiing, windsurfing, sailing dinghies and catamarans, jet-skiing and parascending compete with traditional beach games like volleyball... The area has its own shopping centre.
