This is a much sought after area as it is near Cap d’Agde’s main attractions, the port, Aqualand, Leisure Island and the long Richelieu Beach, while being away from the noise and the crowds.

It has a large commercial centre and a lively market on Saturday mornings. The pedestrian-only streets are ideal for walking or even jogging, especially on the gentle slopes leading to the summit of Mont St Martin with a fabulous view of Cap d’Agde and the Mediterranean.

In the other direction, you come to the quays. The pedestrian-only roads through the Leisure Island oasis of greenery take you to a footbridge and the games areas on Richelieu Beach. The international golf course makes this a highly attractive area that is becoming steadily more popular every year.
