Near the resort’s outer harbour area between the port and the beach, this area is sited where the traditional port lookout would have been. The main residence is on Fisherman’s Island with a view of the yachts as they come and go, their sails billowing in the wind or flapping as they go about on their way out to sea or on their return to port.

You will thoroughly enjoy looking at the numerous boats as you stroll along the quays on Richelieu Canal that runs from the island to the point of the cape. Other residences are also available with a superb view of the sea and the delightful little beaches where you can go swimming and sun-bathing.

Numerous shops and boutiques make this an exciting area as you stroll along the quays or take one of the water buses to the centre of Cap d’Agde.
